Our Current OpeningsGrowth Associate
Location: RemoteWe are seeking highly motivated, organized, and proactive interns to support the NGOrganize team as we enter a high-growth phase. Interns can choose from a wide range of projects—including customer discovery, market research, pre-sales & marketing, and product management—and will have the opportunity to lead their own workstreams.
Since our initial market focus includes NGOs, foundations, and socially-conscious Fortune 1000 companies, candidates with experience marketing to or working in such organizations are especially encouraged to apply. We are also interested in candidates with experience or interest in working at the intersection of technology and social impact.
Interns will work directly with Anish Nagar (founder/CEO) and Ani Ajith (co-founder/CFO), as well as other senior members of the NGOrganize team.
Interns will develop and exercise skills in researching and synthesizing complex topics, executing and refining go-to-market strategies, and engaging potential customers. Critical thinking, time management, and communication skills are important, and interns must be prepared to engage in training and tasks with minimal supervision.
Minimum requirements: Senior & Graduate Student or Higher
- Minimum commitment of 20-25 hours/week remotely or at NGOrganize co-working locations
- Interns are required to attend and present at twice-weekly all-hands videoconferences
- While this is an unpaid internship, we can support students’ applications for grants or other external financial assistance
Sales Intern
Location: RemoteWe are seeking highly motivated, organized, and proactive interns to support the NGOrganize sales and growth team. The internship will focus on lead generation, sales process enhancement, and sales engagement support. Interns will also have the opportunity to work on other initiatives, including marketing and product development. This is a good opportunity for students interested in learning about startups, social impact, and enterprise sales.
Interns will work directly with Anish Nagar (founder/CEO) and Ani Ajith (co-founder/CFO), as well as other senior members of the NGOrganize team.
Candidates with an interest in software sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
Additional experiences should include familiarity with or interest in researching and synthesizing complex topics into memos and presentations.
Critical thinking, time management, and communication skills are important, and interns must be prepared to engage in work and training with minimal supervision.
- 5-10 hours/week (3-5 days/week) remotely or from NGOrganize coworking spaces
- The program is unpaid, but may be counted towards class credit if permitted/required (with advance notice)
- The program is open to full- and part-time undergraduate students
Marketing Analyst Intern
Location: RemoteWe are seeking highly motivated, organized, and proactive interns to support the NGOrganize business development and product implementation teams.
The scope of the internship includes:
- Monitoring & managing NGOrganize’s marketing analytics data
- Generating data-based insights and analysis of NGOrganize’s marketing strategy
- Assisting with customizing and/or creating sales and marketing collateral
- Supporting the business development team with market and sales research
This is a good opportunity for students and aspiring professionals interested in learning more about enterprise software, marketing, startups, and social impact.
Interns will work directly with Anish Nagar (founder/CEO) and Ani Ajith (co-founder/CFO), as well as other senior members of the NGOrganize team.
Candidates with experience in Excel and graphics design and an interest in marketing strategy, data analytics, and business development are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should also have familiarity with or interest in learning how to research and synthesize complex topics into memos and presentations.

Startup Leadership Program
Location: RemoteThe Startup Leadership Program is a geared to help build experience for those wanting to move into leadership roles within small businesses or startups.
The scope of the program includes:
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Supporting our Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Development leads
- Exposure to market research, organizational growth, internal operation optimization, team management, and product development
This is a good opportunity for students and aspiring professionals interested in learning more about enterprise software, marketing, startups, and social impact.
Interns will work directly with Anish Nagar (founder/CEO) and Ani Ajith (co-founder/CFO), as well as other senior members of the NGOrganize team.

- Supporting Customer Success Managers
- Onboarding new customers
- Supporting existing customers
- Building best practices and customer resources
- Supporting the business development team with market and sales research
